Which information do we process?
When you contact us. If you write to us or send an enquiry, for example from the court configurator, we process the information you give us (such as name, company, email, phone and your wishes for courts) so that we can answer your enquiry and give you a quote. The basis is entering into an agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant and keep accounting records for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Technical information. Our web host (Simply.com) automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and time in its server logs, in order to deliver the site and protect it against misuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your information to others.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Technical cookies that are necessary for the site to work (for example when an administrator is logged in) do not require consent.
Statistics with Google Analytics
If you consent in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used – for example which pages are visited, for how long and which type of device is used. We use the information to improve the site. Google Analytics is loaded only after you press Accept. If you press Decline, no statistics cookies are set.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies: _ga and _ga_<id> (distinguish visitors, up to 2 years). Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie order). Transfer: the information may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: change cookie settings. You can also delete cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we process about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted and receive your information in a portable format. Write to mads@padelprovider.com.
